Dig Deeper: Finding God in Sacred Space
3-week series, Sundays at 6:30 pm Sacred space was designed by faith groups for the purpose of meeting God, beginning with the Tabernacle and later the Temple. Churches, monasteries, retreat centers, youth and children’s camps are sacred space. John Wesley, the founder of Methodism, called a meeting house at Aldersgate the sacred place where his heart was strangely warmed. In these three sessions we will learn how God’s heavenly presence transforms a specific spot to become a holy place where our hearts can be warmed in His presence.
