Children and Youth Music
PSALM Kids (Children's Music)
PSALM Kids, which stands for Praise, Service, Arts, Liturgy and Music, is a music ministry for children age three through grade five. Children experience God’s love and come to know Christ better while developing musical and other skills through singing, ringing, games, activities and leading in worship. It takes place on Wednesdays during the school year from 6 to 7:30 pm.

Join us for music, worship arts, and music-making with instruments, including choir chimes for grades 2-3 and handbells for grades 4-5. Be sure to check-in at the check-in stations! Click here for details.

Youth Vocal Choirs
One Voice Choir (High School)
The High School Choir at Christ Church is known as One Voice. Its mission is to share the love of Jesus Christ through vocal music and hands-on service. One Voice sings in worship at least twice a month.
At the end of each school year, One Voice goes on a week-long tour devoted to singing and mission work. In the past, One Voice has organized and conducted inner-city Bible schools and Music Camps, sung for retirement centers, done “Extreme Makeovers” for folks unable to provide upkeep for their homes, and served alongside homeless veterans to restore a motel, just to name a few highlights. At the end of tour, One Voice returns to Louisville to sing for our own congregation and to share stories with them.
Guests are welcome to check us out on Sundays at 5 to 6 pm during the school year. For more information about One Voice, contact Ben Williams.
Laudaté Choir (Middle School)
The Middle School Choir at Christ Church is known as Laudaté. Laudaté sings for morning worship about twice a month. Laudaté enjoys taking music outside our walls to folks who are unable to attend regular worship.
They rehearse Sundays from 5 to 6 pm during the school year. For more information about Laudaté, contact Dan Blosser at 893-2201 x248.
The Middle School and High School handbell groups offer a unique opportunity for youth to ring handbells in a groups setting. They periodically ring during worship, and the High School group participates in the One Voice summer tour. Rehearsals are Sundays from 4 to 5 pm during the school year.
