Just Breathe: An Event For Mommas

October 3 | 5-6 pm | Tabernacle Tent

Moms, as the pace of fall activities continue to build, do you just need some room to breathe? Join us October 3 from 5-6 pm in the Tabernacle Tent to do just that. During this hour of peace and quiet, we’ll give ourselves room to rest, pray, be still, and practice some easy techniques to help calm our spirits (and maybe even our kids!) when life gets a little chaotic. Bring a chair, blanket or yoga mat for ultimate calm!

Fall 2021 Bible Study: Redeemer

Starts October 5 | Tuesdays | 10 am or 7 pm | Fellowship Hall

This Fall, join Liz Curtis Higgs on a spirited stroll through the book of Ruth. We’ll follow Naomi and her faith-filled daughter-in-law, Ruth, as they travel from Moab to Bethlehem, uncertain of their future. And meet Boaz, their kinsman-redeemer, who saves the day and points the way to our own Redeemer

Join us Tuesday mornings at 10 or Tuesday evenings at 7. Our six-week study is free and open to all adults, so invite your family members, neighbors, coworkers, and friends. The only book needed is a Bible. Handouts will be provided for taking notes, including questions to prompt a lively discussion around your tables. Childcare is available.

Lifehouse Maternity Home

The Women’s Ministry Team has chosen Lifehouse Maternity Home in Louisville as our outreach ministry. Lifehouse is a safe and sacred space where women and teens in crisis can find hope. By addressing the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of pregnant and parenting women, Lifehouse helps transform lives through the healing touch of Christ, as they gather regularly for prayer, worship, and Bible study.
