September Book: The Anatomy of Peace: Resolving the Heart of Conflict by the Arbinger Institute

The Anatomy of Peace: Resolving the Heart of Conflict by the Arbinger Institute is a bestselling book that uses a narrative to explore the root cause of conflict, which it identifies as a mindset of self-deception, or being "in the box". It teaches readers how to recognize their own contribution to conflict, even when they feel like the victim, and provides practical tools to shift from an "inward" to an "outward" mindset to achieve lasting resolution in personal, professional and global situations.
