Would you like to experience more calm, courage, hope and joy rather than being controlled by anxiety? We are offering two opportunities to engage in dialogue about our many fears and anxieties: Disappointing others, failure, financial insecurity, loneliness, insignificance, aging, and outside perils such as terrorism. The book we will use to help in our discussions is Adam Hamilton’s most recent book “Unafraid: Living with Courage and Hope in Uncertain Times.”
