During VBS 2024, we are collecting an offering to benefit the KY United Methodist Children's Home which provides for the physical, emotional, educational and spiritual needs for Kentucky children whose parents are unable to care for them.

Does God still speak?

Yes! God knows our name and calls us to listen, know and follow! Meet the young boy Samuel as he is called by God and helps us learn how to HEAR God.

VBS Schedule: Monday, July 8 - Thursday, July 11 | 9 am - 12 pm | Celebration on Thursday Evening

What to Expect

VBS begins Monday morning, July 8 at Christ Church at 4614 Brownsboro Rd.

Check-in is from 8:45 am – 9 am in the Chapel lobby. Enter through the Chapel doors that face Brownsboro Rd. Don’t worry! There will be energetic volunteers and signs.
Check out is at 12 pm at your child’s classroom.

Big Kids Please Bring:

Water bottle
Close-toed shoes
Comfy clothes for indoor and outdoor play

Little(r) Kids Please Bring

Close-toed shoes
Change of clothes
Diapers (if needed)
Comfy clothes for indoor and outdoor play

Please label all items brought from home. Do not bring electronics, valuables, toys, stuffed animals, or clothing with offensive or derogatory wording.

Closing Celebration:

On Thursday night of VBS week is the Twilight Market for the whole family. Come back at 5 pm for food trucks, games, music, plus 30 farmers, artisans, gardeners, and small businesses! Then at 6 pm is our VBS Closing Celebration. We sing, dance, and share!

On Sunday, July 14 - CALLING ALL VBS friends and family to Wake up to Worship at Christ Church! Join us during the 9 am OR 11:15 am worship service hours in celebrating our CALL to SHARE our voices in PRAISE to the LIVING GOD of Samuel, Eli, Hannah and YOU!
